We are so incredibly grateful that you’re considering traveling all the way to India to celebrate this special moment with us. It truly means the world to us, and we can’t wait to share such a meaningful and vibrant experience with you. Our wedding festivities will take place near New Delhi, in a city named Gurugram. When planning your travel, you’ll want to book your flight into Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), which is the main international airport serving the area. To help make your trip as smooth and enjoyable as possible, we will be covering your accommodations on October 27th and October 28th during the wedding events. We hope this allows you to fully relax and immerse yourself in the celebrations without any added stress. If you’re interested in arriving earlier or extending your stay, we highly recommend booking accommodations in either Gurugram or New Delhi. These areas offer a wide range of hotels—from luxury stays to more budget-friendly options—and are conveniently located near the airport with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and cultural sights. Some general recommendations for your stay:Gurugram (Gurgaon): Yatin's home town! Ideal for modern hotels, great restaurants, and a slightly quieter, more organized feel.Central/South New Delhi: Perfect if you’d like to explore historic landmarks, markets, and experience more of the city’s culture. We’ll be sharing more detailed recommendations and travel tips as the date gets closer, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need help planning your trip—we’re happy to help in any way we can. Wedding Venue!We’re so excited to host you during our wedding celebrations! The bride and groom will be covering your accommodations from October 27th through October 29th at our wedding venue.Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the first day of events (10/27). If you choose to arrive earlier, you’re welcome to relax at the venue ahead of the festivities and book a room, or we can arrange transportation for you on the day of and safely store your luggage until your room is ready.

Local Airport! For your travel plans, please book your flight into New Delhi’s main international airport, Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL). This is the primary airport serving the region and the most convenient option for reaching our wedding venue in Gurugram. From the airport, Gurugram is a relatively short drive, and we’ll be sharing more details closer to the date on transportation options to make your arrival as smooth as possible.

If you have the time to explore beyond the wedding festivities, we&nbsp;highly&nbsp;recommend visiting the iconic Taj Mahal, one of the most breathtaking landmarks in the world. Located in Agra, it’s approximately a 3–4 hour drive from Gurugram/New Delhi and makes for an unforgettable day trip or overnight stay. For the best experience, we suggest staying at the ITC Mughal (a Luxury Collection Hotel) in Agra, which offers beautiful grounds, excellent service, and a relaxing retreat after visiting the Taj Mahal. It’s a perfect way to experience a bit more of India’s history and beauty during your trip.

If you’d like to do a little shopping during your stay, we highly recommend visiting Ambience Mall in Gurugram. It’s one of the largest and most popular shopping destinations in the area, offering a wide mix of international brands, Indian designers, and everything in between. It’s also a great place to pick up Indian attire for the wedding festivities—whether you’re looking for something traditional or a more modern fusion look, you’ll find plenty of beautiful options to choose from. Beyond clothing, the mall has great restaurants, cafés, and entertainment, making it an easy and enjoyable outing while you’re in town.
